Lovely Day

No fancy text today...just a pretty picture of University of Iceland students kicking a ball around on the front lawn of campus, with downtown Reykajvik in the backround and a big blue sky.

Smile...

Oh, by the way, I've changed my comments to get rid of those pesky auto-spam-advert comments I just started getting. Thanks for the tip, Professor Batty!

Hey there, drogidy. Yep, it's the word verification thingy...the comments that toss really cheesy complements then leave a link for a wierd gadget or service are automated. Word verification makes sure there's a human being involved in posting the comment. On the blogger main dashboard page there's more info...

Thanks for visiting my site (Big Dog too!).

Hi Maria,

Love your site - Iceland is beautiful. I visit the site often and just wanted to say keep up the good work. It's great to get a local's perspective on life!

Just discovered this blog and really enjoy it.

I've been lucky enough to visit Iceland twice (Reykjavik & Husavik in 2001 and Reykjavik and the glacier area in 2004) and can't until I get back there again!
